In the first half of 2025, the added value of the bearing industry increased by 9.37% year-on-year. Demand for precision bearings is robust, with an average annual growth rate of 11.8% expected from 2025 to 2030. Demand from new energy vehicles will account for over 25%. Significant technological breakthroughs have been achieved: a resin-based composite bearing developed by Dalian University of Technology boasts a lifespan of 6,000 hours, six times longer than traditional copper alloy bearings and weighing only one-sixth as much. Envision Energy's proprietary sliding bearings have achieved zero failures in mass production in the wind power sector, increasing wind turbine power generation by 0.5% and enabling a single unit to generate an additional 1.07 million kWh of electricity over 20 years. Upgraded copper sleeve manufacturing processes and the use of precision forging screw presses have reduced production energy consumption by over 30%, making them suitable for precision applications such as electrical hardware. Regarding policy, the central government has allocated 5 billion yuan in special financial support to support the localization of high-end bearings
