TY-JSP-1 Bronze Plate with Solid-lubricants

TY-JSP-1 Bronze Plate with Solid-lubricants is a high-performance solid lubrication product made by embedding graphite or molybdenum disulfide solid lubricants into a high-strength brass base. It transcends the limitations of conventional bearings that rely solely on oil film lubrication. During operation, frictional heat helps the solid lubricant to interact with the shaft, creating optimal lubrication conditions where oil and powder coexist. This provides protection for the shaft against wear while preserving the permanent lubrication characteristics of the solid lubricant. Its hardness is twice that of ordinary brass bushings, and its wear resistance is also twice as high. It is now widely used in applications such as metallurgical continuous casting machines, train supports, rolling equipment, mining machinery, ships, gas turbines, and other scenarios involving high temperatures, heavy loads, low speeds, and high stress.
