TY-FWB Filament Wound Bushings
Material structure:
TY-FWB material uses high-strength glass fiber reinforced high-temperature epoxy resin as the bearing layer and specialty fibers and PTFE fibers as the sliding layer. This gives the bearing excellent wear resistance and a very low friction coefficient under high-load, low-speed operating conditions. It can even maintain good self-lubricating properties and a high bearing pressure ratio without oiling for long periods of time. As a result, we have developed a variety of self-lubricating materials suitable for different operating conditions.
